报告摘要 | The interplay between topology and electronic correlations has become a central theme in the study of moiré superlattices. Recent experiments revealing fractional topological phases in twisted bilayer MoTe2 have intensified interest in this material. In this talk, I will present our recent work on these fractional phases, emphasizing the modelling of single-particle band structures. Specifically, I will discuss (a) a brief introduction to twisted bilayer MoTe2, (b) accurate band-structure modelling over a range of twist angles, and (c) many-body calculations that support correlated topological phases and their excitations. I will conclude with an outlook on future opportunities and challenges in the study of twisted moiré superlattices. |
