Application:

It is essential for all the attendees to send a completed Registration Form-QE8.doc to the workshop coordinators at icqd@ustc.edu.cn by October 8, 2018. The registration may stay open after this deadline until the maximum attendance of 100 is reached, but there is no guarantee for accommodation and other conference functions if the registrations are made after the deadline.

Registration fees:

Faculty Members: RMB 1500

Students & Postdocs: RMB 800

Note:

• Registration fees include Daily coffee breaks & lunches of Oct. 17, 18 and 19, dinners of Oct. 17 and 18, and the meeting materials.

• Registration fees do NOT include hotel room and excursion costs.

Method of Payment:

The registration fee could be paid by bank transfer within one week after your registration is formally confirmed by us.
